These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aaopen ("aaopen," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the aaopen website located at https://aaopen.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by aaopen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aaopen Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the aaopen Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on aaopen. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities. aaopen strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. aaopen primarily serves players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) aaopen account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not permitted to use the Platform.

aaopen reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued in violation of these eligibility requirements may be voided and forfeited.

To access the full range of services offered by aaopen, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify aaopen immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• aaopen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• aaopen reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or any government-issued photo ID.

aaopen reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the aaopen Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aaopen supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your aaopen account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. aaopen does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. aaopen reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

aaopen reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

aaopen may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all aaopen Promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual Promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. aaopen reserves the right to exclude any player from any Promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the Promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse: aaopen reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors.

aaopen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the aaopen Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

aaopen uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. aaopen will not reverse game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, aaopen's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any disputed game round.
• aaopen reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to: bots, automated betting scripts, or collusion with other players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaopen Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the aaopen Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aaopen staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the aaopen Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that aaopen, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

aaopen cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity conducted through the Platform.

aaopen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. aaopen will notify the account holder via email before applying any dormancy fees or closing a dormant account.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, aaopen reserves the right to forfeit any and all balances, including real-money funds, pending winnings, and bonus funds, without compensation to the player.

All content on the aaopen Platform, including but not limited to: software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design (collectively, "aaopen Content"), is the exclusive property of aaopen or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aaopen Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any aaopen Content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any aaopen Content.
• Use any aaopen trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of aaopen Content may constitute an infringement of aaopen's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaopen, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the aaopen Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

aaopen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aaopen account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aaopen is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting aaopen support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of the time and amount spent during a gaming session.

aaopen strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all gaming activities on the Platform. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.

aaopen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the aaopen Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aaopen will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by Philippine law, regulatory obligation, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and aaopen arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, aaopen's internal records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in dispute, unless you can demonstrate a material error in those records.

aaopen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aaopen will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the aaopen Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting aaopen support.
